Service Agreement: Limit of Liability and Guarantee
By submitting transfer order, the customer requests processing services described and agree to pay the standard charges therefore. Customer declares that all materials submitted for transfer are not in violation of any copyright laws. Customers will indemnity and hold The Video Editor harmless in respect to any claim of violation of such laws. All work submitted for transfer is for Non-Commercial use and is only intended for personal enjoyment.
Customer further agrees that liability for any damage or loss of material submitted for transfer will be limited to the cost of replacement of such film, tape, slides, or any other materials including blank tape or unused materials, with non-exposed similar materials. Due to the possibilities of unauthorized duplication The Video Editor does not issue refunds. Transferred materials can only be as good as the original material submitted with some quality of the original source, we can only preserve it in the condition in which received. Be certain that your DVD player is DVD-R compatibility; this includes DVD players, any computers and video game systems. The Video Editor is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the U. S. Postal Service, UPS, FedEx or any other package carrier.
